Got Body Odour? Try These Tips!

Body odour is an unpleasant smell which is perceived when sweat comes in contact with bacteria on your body.
It is usually more prominent in the armpit and genital areas. The degree or severity of body odor is generally determined by genetics and lifestyle, but sometimes it can be caused by disease or psychological conditions.

Here are natural ways you can help fight body odour:

With Baking Soda
Baking soda is an easy way to absorb moisture and neutralize odor, while reducing bacteria that causes body odor.
  • After shower, dip your fingers in water and then into baking soda and rub on affected areas. There is no need to apply deodorant afterwards.

With Lemon or Lime Juice

The acid in lemon or lime juice can help kill odor causing bacteria on your body.
  • Cut a lemon or lime into wedges. Apply directly onto the body parts with strong body odor. There may be a tingling feeling when you apply it. As long as it is not painful, the tingling feeling is normal.

Good luck!

You might need it! lol

Have a great week!

    1. Lol @ not shiny bald.

Apply aloe vera gel to that bald spot, cover your head with a shower cap. Leave it on for an hour before washing off.

After your hair dries, massage JAmaican Black Castor Oil t those spots.

You can get the oil from www.sizzelle.com
